My new favorite Hotel! The room is clean, pool is amazing and the gym is top notch! We just spent a night at the Ritz freaking Carlton in Atlanta - and I didn't liked it at all. Compare the room rates and the amenities! This Fairfield inn is a treasure! Amazing!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was by far the worst Marriott property I have ever stayed at. Upon arriving at my room, I found the door propped open as if someone else was actively occupying the room and had only stepped out momentarily. This immediately raised concerns about security and whether the room had actually been prepared for a new guest. After entering, I discovered that the bedroom air conditioner was not functioning. To make matters worse, I was greeted by a sign acknowledging the issue, suggesting management was already aware of the problem but still assigned the room to a guest. The living room air conditioner was working, and I even noticed several cheese puffs in the air conditioner unit. The problems continued when I used the ice machine. After filling my drink, I noticed mold inside the actual ice cubes, making the drink undrinkable and creating what appears to be a serious health and sanitation concern. I also found two empty liquor bottles left behind in the closet from a previous occupant, which clearly indicates the room was not properly cleaned or inspected before my arrival. As a business traveler, reliable internet access is essential, yet the Wi-Fi at this property was completely unusable. Connections repeatedly failed, speeds were extremely poor, and it was impossible to perform even basic online work tasks. Combined with the other issues, this added another layer of frustration to an already unacceptable stay. Between the security concerns, broken air conditioning, unusable Wi-Fi, unsanitary ice, and evidence of inadequate housekeeping, this property fell far below the standards I have come to expect from Marriott. I have stayed at many Marriott hotels over the years and can honestly say this was the worst Marriott property I have ever experienced. Management needs to take immediate action to address these serious deficiencies.

We had the best hotel experience here! Front desk staff, was friendly no matter the time of day. The housekeeping and kitchen staff were also very friendly. Breakfast had multiple options and the kitchen staff were doing a great job keeping up. The rooms were super clean. The room we stayed in was so clean we thought we were the first to use it! The only bummer was that the pool and hot tub were not open yet as the hotel is still so new they were waiting on permits, is what I was told. I definitely recommend this and if I'm ever driving through again this will be the place I stop.

This brand new hotel was a very pleasant surprise in our journey from Chicago to Florida. Georgia is a beautiful state, so this establishment is right where it belongs. The interior is aesthetically appealing, clean and the staff was truly impressive. Emily at the front desk was helpful, polite and professional. Our bartender, Shamieka was very nice, attentive, a master at her craft and had great knowledge of both the food and drink menus. She had great suggestions, so we followed her lead. The lemon chicken with seasonal vegetables was outstanding, perfectly seasoned and presented well. We also had the sliders appetizer with blueberry chutney. Shamieka let us know that the chef, Breeze made the chutney from scratch. The salty, sweet aspect was a win! The burgers were perfectly cooked. Compliments to Breeze for preparing such delicious meals. We will definitely return. Wonderful experience. Thank you!

New, nice and clean hotel, perfect stopover on the way to Florida, amazing service and full breakfast included

Please don't spend your money here because it's new doesn't mean a thing i got here at 230am in the morning front desk was sleep in the corner with sign on the desk saying I stepped away for a minute so I check in ask for a water now as an ambassador elite I was not offering anything but however got to my room and had no cups to even get water talk to general manager Shawn Kosloff and the only thing he could say is he just got back from out of town sorry we let you down but it's our preference as a property not to give elite member a welcome bottle of water smh this is not the Marriott Bonvoy way.

I have stayed at many Marriott properties, and while most are satisfactory, this location was truly superb. As a new build connected to the fairgrounds, the facility is exceptionally clean. The breakfast quality also stood out compared to other locations. Everything from the pork sausage to the scrambled eggs was juicy, hot, and fresh. This may be due to the proximity of the neighboring fairground and agricultural farm. I also noticed the kitchen staff frequently checking the buffet lines to ensure quality, which is a level of attention I rarely see at other hospitality entities. This is a must-visit location whenever you are in the area.

Nice hotel next to the fairgrounds. Great service – staff found my misplaced wallet, and after I sent them a prepaid label, they packed it neatly and safely in a box and shipped it to my house. Thank you for your great service. See you next time.

Didn’t have any issues. Comfortable hotel. Quite. Clean. Parking is easy. Would recommend and stay again.

Horrible! We had issues from the start with our check in. The room is small, there is no clock, the outlets don’t work. The breakfast was cold. Most hotels provide flavored cream for coffee but of course this one did not. We will never stay here again in our travels to Florida.
