My stay at this Comfort Inn was a normal hotel experience — clean, comfortable, and what you would expect. However, I’m leaving this review because of one employee who truly made a difference: Sue (or Tootie) from breakfast. She was so kind, welcoming, and attentive. We didn’t even ask about the eggs, but she came over and let us know they were out and immediately offered to make us an omelette if we wanted one. That small gesture went above and beyond, and the omelette was absolutely delicious! It’s rare to come across someone who puts that much care into making guests feel welcomed. Thank you, Sue/Tootsie, for your kindness and for starting our morning on such a positive note. This review is because of you! ??

My kids and I stopped at this hotel on our way to TN from FL. Peggy checked us in and was so kind and accommodating. Nejemiah was the midnight shift clerk. He was also kind and answered all my questions. The rooms were so clean, aesthetically enjoyable, and I loved that there was no carpet in the rooms! We liked it so much that we specifically stopped at this same hotel on our way back home for another stay. Christian checked us in and was super friendly. When I asked about places nearby to eat, she promptly found several options for us and also provided the phone number needed to place an order. She definitely went above and beyond. My son ended up getting food poisoning from the boneless chicken wings from Dominos. I asked Nejemiah if our room was available the next night in case we needed to stay one more night. He confirmed that it was. The next morning I asked Mena, the front desk clerk, if a late checkout was possible because I was unsure how long it might be before my son felt ready to travel. She not only granted me a late checkout but that we could stay until she clocked out at 2:30pm without having to pay for an additional night. That was incredibly generous and I was an exhausted mom at this point. It took the stress off of trying to leave in a hurry. We were able to leave around 12:30pm but I was grateful that we had more time should we need it. I highly recommend this hotel!! I appreciate a business that cares more about their customers than just the almighty dollar.

Stayed here for 3 nights and decided to leave and not stay the fourth night. They refused to let me check out early and I had to pay for the fourth night. The front desk attendants are not very friendly and will not work with you on changes. First motel I’ve ever stayed at that refused to let you leave early. Customer service is pointless as the motel can use whatever policy they want when you stay there. Should have stuck with best western or holiday in

We stay here every year. 4 nights... Newly renovated. Nicely done. Staff is very attentive. Toody, the breakfast lady is great! A big, huge no for me is the keys. THEY DON'T WORK! A HUGE NO FOR ME. The staff is very aware the keys are failing at a very high percentage. I had 4 keys that did not work! This has been reported to the owner.. He bought boxes and boxes of CHEAP KEYS that fail. TO SAVE MONEY!!! I won't be returning unless I am assured that he has trashed the cheap defective keys and replaced them with keys that actually WORK! Tony Mathis

On January 19 around 5:30 PM, I was walking briefly near the Comfort Inn property by the Tesla/gas station area (near the exterior/parking lot). A man came up to me and said: “Don’t walk on my private property. I can shoot you.” I understand private property rules and would have left immediately if asked—but threatening to shoot someone is completely unacceptable and made me feel unsafe. I left right away. I hope management will investigate who this person was (staff/security/guest/neighbor) and take steps to ensure guests and visitors are not threatened like this again. Travelers, please be cautious around the exterior/parking area.

Stayed here last night and Peggy at the front desk was so sweet! Easy check in and easy check out. Room was super clean and nice. Clean pool and hot hot tub.

After 10 hours on the road THIS place was like heaven. I did reserve ahead of time which made me nervous but what a relief when we arrived to see a friendly face with a true southern accent. Our room was very clean and oh my goodness the bed and pillows were SO comfortable. Our next trip down we will be staying here again for sure. I forgot to mention the nice breakfast provided. Top notch.

was a bit skeptical about this place at first since it wasn’t the nicest looking hotel (possibly due to the fact it might be old), but since i was just staying the night for a roadtrip, i didn’t mind too much. my family booked a joint room, and both the rooms were very clean and tidy. the service was PHENOMENAL. my family and i were downstairs having breakfast and felt like we were at an aunts house having brunch, very cozy atmosphere. thanks georgia!

I really loved my stay here. The rooms was clean and spacious. The hotel was spacious and comfortable. The hot tub and indoor pool was great to unwind from a hard day’s work. The staff was nice and friendly. I like the fact this is a pet free place. Do not have to worry about fleas and ticks. The beds was very comfortable and sheets was clean. I stay here a lot when I have to travel in this part of Georgia. They have restaurants in walking distance. If you like more or grocery shopping it only one exit down like 5 minutes to get to. I really enjoyed my stay here.
