Travelodge by Wyndham Perry offers a generally positive experience in a small town, characterized by friendly staff and affordable rates. While some guests appreciate the cleanliness and comfortable beds, there are concerns about room upgrades and outdated facilities, particularly concerning bathroom doors and overall cleanliness in certain areas.
This is a nice hotel in a nice little town. You can spend the night here and feel safe. There are nice restaurants and shops all over this idyllic American town.
Great place to stay! Lady at the front desk was so nice and helpful. Clean rooms, nice pool and good breakfast.
This is perfect for the person that doesn't need all the extras. Just a nice place to get some sleep and be on your way. Very friendly service. Rooms were great!
I booked a double room at 8 pm the night of check in and got an email at 9 saying that no double rooms where available, can we do a king + pullout couch. We have two parents and two kids and I hated to stick one of us on a pull out couch but they said it was no extra cost. At that time I could have booked a different hotel but decided okay whatever Then I got an email at 10:37 pm saying it was a $40 fee for us to have the "upgrade". We arrived at 10:50 exhausted from driving all day and I am too tired to cancel this room and find something else. so I get to pay $40 extra dollars to sleep on this horrible lumpy pull out couch bed. The guy at the front desk was apologetic apparently it was a manager that made him do it. I know it sucks to have a jerk manager so whatever. But the pull out couches are horrible and should be avoided. It's not that hard not to suck.
Stayed for one night during Peaches to the Beaches. Besides the slow draining Shower and lack of toilet paper, we had an OK stay. Beds were mattresses on sheet metal platform that squeeked when you moved around in bed. Pillows were OK. Breakfast was OK if you wanted a waffle or oatmeal (hot options) or Little Debbie pastries. Probably would not stay there again - would try to book earlier to get into the Sleep Inn (new).
The room itself was cool and comfortable, and the hotel was nice and quiet which I appreciated. There was a noticeable cleanliness issue in the bathroom that could definitely use more attention, but overall the stay was still decent. The staff were very kind, helpful, and welcoming, which made the experience better.
The only thing I had a problem with is my fault but I’m 63 years old and had a knee replacement back in October of 2005 Having no elevator to get to the second floor. Was hard. The rest of the time spent was good
We have been staying at this hotel for years and the last time we stayed there was awful. We were on an extended stay, the staff was great except for the front desk lady April I think is her name. If the owners are there, it’s wonderful. Staff is great. Everything is good besides the breakfast, but if they are not there then you should stay somewhere else.
We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was fresh and a great blend for a variety of needs. This was our second stay. We will definitely be back again.
Nice clean room. The bathroom doors need to be replaced. Front desk staff very welcoming. Price affordable. We were in town for the fair. Had a great time!
