about 2 months agoI wasn’t pleased at all with my stay when I first arrived the clerk at the front desk was not helpful at all he over charge my card we also had to switch to two different rooms the first room the manger stated that the room wasn’t suppose to be sold to anyone so we move to the next room where it was bug and roaches we proceeded to another room and we stuck with that one ….the manger was under the influence stated he had been drinking and he was tired of the clerk at the front desk and that he had quit and took all the cash out the drawer…

5 months agoUnclean look and slightly unpleasant smell. The toilet took 2 minutes to flush, and when we called the front desk to look at it, they only said 'it is just old, it still works'. The pillows were flat as paper and the fitted sheets were so raggedy, they didnt fit on the bed while you sleep. The front desk suggested not to eat the complimentary breakfast, there was no elevator to get to 2nd floor.. need I say more? Please spend your money on a better hotel..

6 months agoWe booked a room here with booking.com I called hotel to change reservation and was approved. I show up to the hotel and there is no reservation in the computer- so I book and pay for new room. I get home and was still charged for full booking that was supposed to have been changed/canceled. I have called the hotel and emailed several times for being charged twice and no one can find any information for either reservation. Really sketchy. Hotel overall was fine but would not book prior. Indoor pool is not open which was advertised online and the hotel was more run down than expected. Hotel room was very clean but would not stay again unless reservation situation got fixed.

6 months agoGreat stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and everything was exactly as expected. Staff was friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. Good value for the price and a pleasant overall experience. Would definitely stay here again.

7 months agoMy checking in and out was the best, they have especially clean rooms, I couldn’t find a speck of dirt on the floor. The staff is so inviting especially the lady that works the front desk. Lovely woman, I would stay there again when I’m Perry again.
