3 months agoWanted to like it. Staff needs to address some things: Water fountain broken. Decaf coffee in carafe was cold (not just warm from the day before, but cold, wonder how old it was). Hard doughnuts. No easy place to get hot water for oatmeal unless you want to microwave in a styrofoam bowl). Paper pieces like key jackets and list of changes not just reused but dirty. Tissue holders rusty and fall apart. If it was just one thing, that’s easy to understand but for a newer hotel, this place needs attention.

4 months agoPoor rating mostly due to their pet policy. No mention made when I made my reservations that there was a $20 per dog per night charge and a 2dog limit per night. Thank God I only had 2 with me. I was there for a dog show and this hotel was recommended by the show. Oh, by the way, they also charged me an additional $5 tax on the already $40 they charged me for the dogs. I 'm not crazy about paying for the dogs but, please let me know when I make my reservation.

6 months agoNo coffee in room. Hard to get TV channel. Breakfast very minimal but adequate. Location is in the middle of nowhere- no businesses near except a Wafflehouse which a car is needed to get to. Lousy fan in bathroom. Very low water pressure.

6 months agoAlways a great place to stay. Clean rooms and friendly desk clerks. I called the motel directly and saved over $30 per night in booking fees. Use internet to find your motel, but not to book it.

7 months agoFront desk clerk was good but that was it. Elevator out of order,water fountain was out of order, snack machine just about empty and light was broken. Phone in our room was from the wall and phone. Hopefully breakfast is good. Side entrance door was broken and wouldn't lock.

9 months agoWe had one of our blindspot review specialists stay at this location and they experienced that the booking process was quick and easy, the staff at the front desk during check in/check out were welcoming and friendly, and the room was clean and semi-comfortable. Our only recommendations would be to add more parking as there were very few spots available

10 months agoIf I could rate this worse than 1 star I would. My wife and I had to change rooms multiple times because of blood and other stains/bodily fluids, bugs, and the like in our rooms. We did not feel safe or comfortable the entire night stay and I am so glad it was only for one night. If it were longer they would have had to pay me to stay. If you want to make your trip worse, go here.

10 months agoThe location was great!!! Two minutes from the Fair Grounds in Oerry, GA. Service was also excellent! Such nice, helpful people! Working hard!! Rooms were good. Plenty of space. Very clean! Though I would take the carpeting out. But, it was a good stay!
