We were just passing through the area The price was good. The rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable, exactly what you need after a long drive. While the accommodations were great, the absolute highlight of our visit was the breakfast experience, thanks to Janice. The breakfast itself had a really nice selection with something for everyone. Janice is such a sweet person and was simply amazing at engaging with the guests while flawlessly clearing tables, cleaning, and keeping all the food restocked. Her warm personality started the day off right.

Disappointing stay – severe cleanliness issues I recently stayed at the Best Western Bradbury Inn & Suites in Perry, GA, and was incredibly disappointed by the lack of cleanliness and basic maintenance. The bathroom ceiling had visible mold spreading across it, and the shower head was covered in nasty calcium buildup and grime. I chose not to sacrifice my health even though it was put in danger. In addition, I found bugs crawling on the baseboards above the air conditioning. For the price, (130/night) you expect a clean, safe place to rest. Being active duty military you learn to live in harsh conditions, however I never expected my hotel room to be one. I will not be staying here again. Anything over an 1 star rating for this place is doing yourself and others a disservice.

Good service, not too crowded- nice and quiet. Slept easily. Decent breakfast with good coffee. Only complaint was shower head. Enjoy!

The hotel smelled disgusting the minute I walked in. The bed is hard. No curtains. Cracks in single window shade with seriously bright light shining in. Too much noise. Sounds like I'm trying to sleep next to a race track. It takes several minutes to even get warm water; longer if you want hot. I wouldn't let my dog sleep here. No espresso or latte just a coffee pot. I am actually writing this at 1:00 in the morning because I cannot sleep. We checked out the next morning, as soon as we woke up, to a normal hotel with a comfortable bed that did not smell like mold and mildew . I finally got some sleep. This the the third Best Western we have tried and they were basically all the same. All smelled like mildew and mold. Never again will I stay at these disgusting hotels. I saw your reply. My last name is my maiden name that is why you could not find me on your guest registry. I doubt you are truly concerned with the issues due to the fact that there are several people complaining about the same thing for months.

Mama enjoyed the firmness of the bed. Breakfast had a lot of variety. I loved the waffle maker. Location okay, but it's a one way in, one way out. Now to the tea of it all. Them pillows were too soft. The tub felt a little uneven which caused water to fill, when taking a shower. There was an order in the hallway, but nothing overbearing. And why and I mean why was there a coffee pot in the bathroom ?? Then ya'll went ahead and included all the condiments to make the coffee. Thank you, but fix that. Overall I'll say 6.5 out 10.

I stayed here 2 weeks ago for just a night on my way down to Florida. We were placed in a room on the first floor near the electrical room. All night long there would be a 15-second buzz sound every 2 minutes. There was a lot of highway traffic that you could hear, but this sound could be drowned out with noise makers. This electrical 15-second buzzing was incessant and didn't allow for a good night's rest. I would not have written a review however, but here we are. I prepaid for the hotel room when I booked. When I went to check my credit card I was also charged a second time the same amount the night I stayed. I called the hotel immediately to try to resolve the issue. The first time I was able to reach someone and they said they would call me right back. 2 days later I had still not received a call back. I called the hotel again and asked to speak to the manager who was not in so they told me when I could call back. I have now called the hotel eight times during the time frame that the manager was supposed to be in and the hotel has not picked up my call once. I actually called on different phones just to make sure there wasn't an issue. I've now opened up a dispute with my credit card. PLEASE CALL ME BACK AND RESOLVE THIS BILLING ISSUE! IT WASN'T EVEN A GOOD STAY I'M NOT PAYING FOR IT TWICE.

I'm not a morning person. I came down to the breakfast room woth the grumpest look on my face ever. The lady making sure everyone had breakfast was so sweet and funny and erased my grumpy look within 5 minutes, my mother and brother were quite thankful. Multiple people helped me get my breakfast too. And I had lovey conversations with people I just met. Everyone in the room was nice and brought good happy energy. The beds were also so comfortable and the layout of ou room was very nice, they even had a fold out couch you could sleep in. There was a fitness center, very clean and minimal. They had one treadmill, elliptical, bicycle, and a weight machine(not enough for body builders, just enough to keep you fit).

Spent the night on our way south. Very comfortable, had what we needed (fridge, TV, breakfast) Would stay again. The woman who staffed breakfast was great; she kept it clean & well stocked, even at 8:30 am.

My family and I booked this hotel for a night specifically for the indoor pool that they claim is open 7 days a week on the website and on the signs in the rooms. When we walked in to check in there was a sign that said the pool was closed for the season. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and informed me the owners who took over a year ago got rid of the heating system so they close the pool for the winter. This should be disclosed on the website and the signage should be updated. We weren’t offered anything to make up for this as it’s false advertisement. It was already too late to cancel the reservation because I wouldn’t have gotten my money back. The bathroom also wasn’t the cleanest there was still soap on the walls and mold around the hand rail.

I specifically booked this hotel because it stated they had an indoor pool which I was looking for. They also had suites that met my needs. Upon arriving to the hotel I saw a sign that stated the indoor pool was closed for the winter. I questioned the clerk about this because No Where on their website did it state that they close the Indoor pool for the winter, like who does that. I was not offered any other recourse for this situation. If I had known the pool was closed I would have booked elsewhere. The tub had mold around the grab bar and at the top on the wall. Housekeeping had left dirty wash cloths in the shower. The hide a bed had No sheets, pillows or blankets for it in the room, I went to the front desk to ask for the sheets etc.. and was given a blanket and 2 pillows with pillowcases. I then had to go back to the front desk to request the sheets again. The were only 2 positive things about this hotel 1. The beds were very comfortable and 2. The lady doing the breakfast as in keeping it stocked was very pleasant and helpful. I will not stay at this hotel again.
